商品說明

商品均為經過鑑定的正品，如有任何問題，我們將全權負責。
現貨均為本店實拍。
中古商品會有使用痕跡，要求完美者請仔細確認後再下單。
商品若有相關配件：保證卡、原廠盒子及原廠防塵袋等，均會於文案中說明，若無即是裸包販售。
裸包商品附贈 LA LUNE VINTAGE 訂製防塵袋。

出貨及物流

2-3 工作日內出貨 (不含週末及假日)。
香港、澳門、台灣免運費，海外酌收運費。


選用順豐快遞，出貨時透過 email 提供追蹤單號。
港澳派送約 1-3 工作天，台灣約 3-7 工作天。
台灣客人請於下單時提供身份證號，並於易利委通過實名認證及同意送運。

進口關稅/稅款

包裹到達目的地國家後，將收取所有進口關稅和稅款，這些費用必須由包裹的收件人支付。 由於海關政策因國家/地區而異，我們不負責或控制這些費用。 如果您對海關費用有任何疑問，請聯絡您當地的海關辦公室。

 

取消/變更訂單

下單後我們不接受任何更改/取消。

 

退貨政策

我們不接受任何退貨。 所有銷售均為最終銷售。 請確保在購買前仔細閱讀產品說明、查看圖像並仔細檢查尺寸和狀況。 根據您使用的電子設備，物品的顏色可能會有所不同，尤其是米色和黃色。 如果您在購買前需要更多信息，請隨時聯繫我們的客服。

Product description

All products are authenticated. If there are any problems, we will be fully responsible.
Second-hand products will have traces of use. If you are a perfectionist, please confirm carefully before placing an order.
If the product has related accessories: warranty card, original box, original dust bag, etc., they will be explained in the product description. If not, only the item will be sold.
Bags without original dust bag will come with a LA LUNE VINTAGE dust bag.

Delivery Service

Items will be shipped within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, shipping charges will apply on other international orders.

All shipping is via SF Express. We will provide the tracking number via email when the item has been shipped.
Delivery time to Hong Kong and Macau is approximately 1-3 working days.
Delivery time to Taiwan is approximately 3-7 working days.
Taiwanese customers are required to provide their ID number when placing an order, and pass real-name authentication on EZWAY and agree to delivery on the application.

Import Duties /  Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not in charge or in control of these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office.

Cancellations / Changes

We do not accept any changes/cancellations after placing an order.

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns or refund request. All sales are final. Please make sure before purchase to read the product's description thoroughly, review images and double-check the measurements and condition. The color of items may look different according to the device you are using, especially for the colors beige and yellow. Feel free to contact our customer service anytime if you need additional information before purchasing.
